We’ll be staying at the Viewline Resort Snowmass hotel. There’s much to do at Snowmass Village, Colorado. Ski on one of the top ski areas in the Western US as voted by Ski Magazine. Thursday and Friday
Attend the course 2 hours before lifts open (while enjoying a full breakfast).

Then go and have fun!

After the lifts close, come back to the resort for a 2 hour afternoon course session. ( while enjoying an afternoon snack).

Then go and have more fun for the rest of the day!

Course session is from 7:30am - 11:30am (no afternoon lecture)

No Recording and Transcription Policy
To protect the privacy, security, and integrity of our programs, meetings, and events, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the department director. This includes, but is not limited to:

This course occurs during peak tourist season. Make your reservations early.
Please arrange transportation to Aspen Snowmass on your own. If you do fly into Aspen, CO the Viewline Resort provides an airport shuttle.

Once again, we have negotiated special rates for rooms during the course. Hotel accommodations can be made directly with Viewline Resort Snowmass. We will email attendees as soon as discounts are finalized.

Ski & Learn Refund Policy

If you must cancel your course registration, please notify the Office of Continuing Dental Education as soon as you determine you are unable to attend so that a refund may be considered. Due to commitments to off-site properties, any cancellation made prior to the start of the program will be subject to an administrative fee assessment of $225.00. Any cancellation made after December 6, 2021 does not qualify for a refund. However, participants may choose to place their tuition minus an administrative and direct cost fee assessment into a holding account for future use. “No Shows” will not qualify for refunds. Written notification is required within five business days by mail, fax, or e-mail to initiate the refund process. Please allow four to six weeks for all refunds. Specific refund policies may apply. Given the time of year and course location, refunds will not be given due to inclement weather, road or airport closures.
