Solar (Actinic) Cheilosis: Diagnosis and Treatment
Course overview
This course is designed to establish the principles essential for problem-oriented evaluation of the dental patient. The intent is to discuss the diagnosis of solar (actinic) cheilosis and its treatment with special emphasis on the role of the general practitioner.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course the practitioner should be able to:
Apply the principles essential for problem-oriented evaluation of the dental patient
Diagnose solar (actinic) cheilosis based on its clinical characteristics and the use of available diagnostic test
