This Section of Seven Ways to Avoid Carpal Tunnel Syndrome addresses: repetitive motion issues in muscle exhaustion. It addresses problems with the thumb in instrument grasps while working and suctioning. The Biocentric technique is presented as the solution to all the problems mentioned above.
