The course is designed to help the practitioner identify and understand the levels of pain they are experiencing in the delivery of care to their patients. It addresses understanding basic instrument design and application with information on the design of an ergonomically friendly operatory, including placement of the patient, instruments, and equipment. This section includes information to encourage an understanding of the principles of ergonomics in determining body dynamics.
