In this course you are offered a comprehensive, step-by-step approach to the clinical steps necessary to properly treat traumatized teeth. Lecture #2 discusses how best to treat avulsed teeth, current concepts about ankylosis, how to analyze traumatized teeth with both open or closed apices, when to initiate apexification, when and how to apply splints to traumatized teeth, when antibiotics are appropriate for traumatized teeth and how best to treat alveolar fractures due to trauma. At the end of this course you will be required to complete a test to verify successful completion of the course for education credit.
