The purchaser of either videotape, or single designee, can earn five hours of Continuing Education Credit by taking a self-administered test. The Continuing Education program is administered by the Office of Continuing Dental Education at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dental School, which is recognized by the American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) and the Academy of General Dentistry. CE credit requirements vary from state to state. Participants are encouraged to contact their State Boards for information about their specific requirements. Test materials and instructions will be mailed upon receipt of A DESIGNATED SPECIAL CARD ONLY (copies are not acceptable) and a check for $20.00, or credit card, to cover administrative costs, test processing and reporting to the Academy of General Dentistry.
